MC-BW-B Meter Controller Overview

The MC-BW-B Meter Controller can connect to multiple sensors simultaneously. This controller series supports various power supply options, including a built-in battery designed for challenging field conditions where traditional power sources may be unavailable. It provides customers with a complete field water quality monitoring and data transmission solution.

The meter controller supports RS485 bus communication using the standard Modbus RTU protocol, and can connect up to four sub‑devices at once. Through analog signal acquisition, it offers two channels (4–20 mA and 0–10 V) that each support one device connection. Users can easily configure sensor parameters, connect devices to the controller, and transmit data in real time.

The MC-BW-B also supports wireless data output via Wi‑Fi and 4G networks, enabling users to upload collected data to the cloud using HTTP or MQTT protocols. Remote data viewing is available through the SPS‑Server (SPS Cloud Service) platform.

In addition, the controller offers wired data output through the RS485 host interface, allowing users to read and manage data via the Modbus RTU protocol.
